Bequests are a valuable source of funds for Austcare. By visiting charitywills.net.au you can prepare your will online, or you can download a will kit which includes a bequest to Austcare. This service is free of charge to persons making a bequest to Austcare in their will.

Austcare recommends that once a will has been drafted using Charity Wills that the will maker has their will reviewed by a local solicitor to ensure that the will has been signed (attested) in accordance with the relevant legislation of that State. Review by a local solicitor will also be beneficial in the event of any future disputes. For example where the Will maker’s state of mind at the time of making the Will is disputed.
